In a statement by Rabilu Mohammed Lawal Tegina, the ADC Publicity Secretary, Niger State Chapter and dated October 28, the Campaign Council announced Wednesday, November 4, as the new date for the event.

It urged party leaders, stakeholders and supporters to take note of the change.
